  We had an amazing experience with Kauai Prime Realty and the Honu Hale Sunrise home. The home is tremendous! We stayed with 10 adults and one toddler and had plenty of room. The dining area is great for meals and games, the pool and spa are wonderful, the rooms spacious and the beds comfy. The home comes with everything you need for a trip to the north shore of Kauai...umbrellas, chairs, coolers, games, two washing machines and dryers, and plenty of beach towel. Jason was an incredible host. Responsive, even over the holidays. I can't say enough about our visit and experience. I highly recommend this property and company for a family get away to the Islands!

  This is a beautiful home, perfect for a large family. The bedrooms are comfortable and adequate. Well equipped kitchen with nice appliances and plenty of cookware and utensils. There are two washers and dryers which is very helpful. It is in a great location. There are lots of beach towels, beach chairs, two beach umbrellas as well as snorkeling equipment and beach toys for use. The landscaping is gorgeous. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and there is lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy.

  We couldn't have found a better place to host our wedding guests. There are so many great communal spaces, like the dining room, kitchen, kitchen island, and the outdoor area, including the patio and the hot tub. All the guests enjoyed their rooms, too! The master suite was an excellent space to get ready for my wedding, as well. There was plenty of space for the make-up and hair ladies, as well as my friends. The location is incredible, too. Princeville is such a safe, scenic area.

  Overall, I rated this home 3 out of 5 stars. It's perfect for a large group, the home is well stocked, comfortable beds, beautiful pool and hot tub, killer location. However, for $1,500/night I have high expectations. The kitchen could really use an appliance package upgrade with all three major appliances not working as well as they should (dishwasher rack won't roll, fridge not quite cold enough, stove top made a constant clicking sound). Also, the home is airconditioned, but ONLY in the bedrooms. The main living areas got pretty hot and made it difficult to spend time together as a family which was the whole point of the trip. Also, the hot tub was a main draw for me when booking this home and it doesn't have jets that blow air, so it's like sitting in a bath tub.

  This was our second time staying at this location with an extended family of 10 and it did not disappoint. The home was very tastefully decorated and well stocked with ample space for all. The backyard pool pool with waterfall was a great place to relax and the location of the property was perfect for our family with easy access to Hanalei and Princeville. The property management company were great to deal with, specifically Jason and Janine were very friendly and always willing to help.

  The house was fantastic, better than the images. The pool and hot tub were just the icing on the cake, and made it hard to want to leave the house!   We loved our week at Honu Hale. The house is spacious and comfortable—everyone had their own room, bathroom, and the ability to find a quiet corner for a book or nap, after a morning adventure. The garden and pool area was top-notch. We appreciated all the thoughtful beach amenities in the garage and the lovely welcome basket. The location in Princeville was convenient to Hanalei beach and other north shore attractions.

  From the moment we drove up to the minute we drove away, we felt at home. Honu Hale Sunrise was the perfect place for our family. There were 6 adults and 1 child. Plenty of space and everyone had there own room. We cooked on a daily basis and was grateful the kitchen was well equipped. The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. The waterfall was the icing on the cake. You walk into this beautiful little oasis and are taken to another place. We have been to Hawaii many, many times. To Kauai more than once, but this was the first time to Princeville. So beautiful. Quaint little eating places in Hanalei, about a 15 minute drive and the beach access is right there. Wish we had longer to enjoy this beautiful home. Maybe next time
