This convenient ground floor Mauna Kai condo is one of the largest 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominiums you'll find. At over 1500 sq/ft of interior space with not one, but three separate outdoor covered lanais, you’re treated to an indoor/outdoor-living tropical oasis on the north shore of Kaua'i that offers more personal and private space than you'll find at almost any other condo on the island.

The chef in your group will enjoy the well appointed kitchen offering a wide selection of cookware, oil, and spices to help prepare that amazing meal. The open kitchen design, as well as your private lanai adjacent to the kitchen with your own personal gas bbq, opens up invitingly to the dining area and living/entertainment room, allowing everyone in the group to stay connected during your special time together.

The generous main suite enjoys a comfortable California king-sized bed, smart tv, and a private ensuite bath with a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom is tastefully furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, private entrance to a separate full bath with a walk-in shower, and plenty of space to store your belongings. In addition, to sleep six comfortably, the living room is furnished with a queen-sized Murphy Bed.

The condo comes equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and coolers for your outdoor excursions to the dozen or so world-class beaches all just a short drive away. To add even more convenience to your travel needs, Hau'oli Ohana Hale is stocked with quality shampoo & conditioner, body wash, dish soap, hand soap, and laundry detergent to go along with the stackable washer and dryer for personal use.

Your home-away-from-home sits conveniently across from the Mauna Kai condominium pool (largest condo pool on the north shore) and recreation area, complete with a ping pong table and additional bbq grills. As close as it is, the proximity is far enough that you won't hear other guests as they enjoy themselves at the pool, insuring peace and relaxation when needed.

Located at the tip of the Princeville Resort Community and just a short stroll to fabulous local shops, restaurants, as well as the Princeville Makai Golf Course which was voted as the Top 3 Best Courses You Can Play In Hawai'i by GolfWeek. Ten minutes by car takes you to the quant town of Hanalei, where the slow pace and island vibes soothe your soul as the endless waterfalls flow in the distant emerald green mountains.

  If you need lots of room, this is your place! It's big. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, queen Murphy bed and 2 leather sofas. The grill and large kitchen is nice for cooking your own meals, but the outdoor lighting at night is very dim. Good for ambiance but you cannot see your food on the grill at night. There's lots of outdoor spaces and seating with this unit. We found it to be very clean and well appointed with just about everything you need right off the bat, soaps, shampoos, TP, hair dryers, etc. They provide beach chairs, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, etc. Just bring your own food and drink and you're set. I must mention a few drawbacks however. There is no A/C so you will need to open up the sliding glass doors to get a breeze going. Other units and the pool are very close, so you'll hear people talking, kids at the pool, people wheeling their luggage on the paved pathways... so you don't really have a secluded feeling. The grounds are lush with beautiful plants which is nice. Roosters start their "****-a-doodle-doo's" super early, so we just laughed about it and woke up early with them. Grocery store is only a couple minutes drive away and Hanelei is about 12 minutes away with great restaurants and food trucks.

  The unit was beautiful and spacious, as were the grounds. My family enjoyed the pool, and I enjoyed the resident rooster who hung out on the patios.   First of all, Jason was great - super friendly, responsive, and helpful. Cannot thank him enough for his help.
  The space is huge and clean and we enjoyed it for sure. There were plenty of games, stuff for the beach and pool, and TVs to meet every persons interest. The location is also great in Princeville. Note that there are plenty of fans in the condo to make up for the lack of AC, and it really wasn’t too bad especially at night.
  The only complaint I have is that if you’re a light sleeper, it’s a bit loud between the chickens (which you’ll get everywhere on the island) and the (possible) upstairs neighbors. I think the floor/ceiling is a bit thin so we were woken up by loud footsteps every morning. That said, when I mentioned it to Jason he immediately apologized and tried to contact the owner of that rental to ask them to quiet down.
  We would definitely stay there again if in the area!

  I recently had the most amazing vacation in Kauai. From the moment I arrived on the island, I was blown away by the breathtaking views of the ocean and lush landscapes. It was the same feeling once I arrived at the rental property. The drive from the airport was a breeze and the gps lead me straight to a the property. The condo was easy to find.
  
  The interior design and furnishings created a spacious yet cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The rental was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and the amenities provided were plenty. I especially loved the fully equipped kitchen, which allowed me to cook delicious meals using fresh local produce from the nearby Farmers Markets. The outdoor spaces, such as the spacious lanai, were perfect for relaxing and soaking in the island’s beauty and breeze. The nearby private pool and game area was a great place to hang out, take a dip and relax on the lounge chairs, and it’s only step away.
  
  The location of the rental was also ideal - close to both the stunning beaches and the charming Princeville and Hanalei. Just a short hike to the nearby Wylie Beach and a nice walk to Queens Bath. The property’s management team was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that my stay was nothing short of perfect.
  
  I can confidently say that this vacation rental property in Kauai exceeded all my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and rejuvenating getaway. I can’t wait to return to this little slice of paradise and create more unforgettable memories!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with loads of space for our group of 6. There is so much natural light, and the beautiful well-maintained landscaping provided some privacy as well as a lovely backdrop to all our meals. I wondered if being so close to the pool would be noisy, but it wasn't really an issue and the children loved it. The location was very convenient as well for all of our activities. The murphy bed in the living room was super comfortable. However the queen bed in the second bedroom was rather saggy and in need of replacement. The management company responded super quickly when we had an issue with one of the showers. We appreciated having so many towels and beach chairs, toys, etc. provided. We would definitely stay again.

  This condo is in a great location to visit Hanalei, Kilauea, Kapaa, and many nice beaches. It was immaculate and very comfortable. With bedrooms on opposite sides it is a good setup for two couples or friends traveling together. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool is much nicer than the photos and I enjoyed it more than I expected to. It is close to the paths through Princeville for walking or jogging. There is no AC but the fans are very effective and it stays pretty cool.

  This property was so well equipped with everything! We've stayed at many rentals and this was by far the best we've experienced. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking with spices and cooking oil and the beach items on hand had us fully covered. The host were informative and super responsive. We're definitely coming back!!

  I rented the property for a combination of my wifes 50th, our 21st anniversary and just a nice get-away. Jason (property manager) was professional and accommodating. We had some medical supplies that were to be shipped for use while on island and Jason advised to have the items shipped to his personal residence and he would make sure to get them to the property for when we arrived, which happened seamlessly. He communicated that the dishwasher was not functioning which was of no concern as there were supplies to hand wash dishes. The unit was well appointed, clean, comfortable, very large, conveniently located (to the pool and parking). I would like to stay here again and will recommend to family and friends.

  We loved staying here! Beautiful landscaping outside, spacious inside, with many “extras” included. The beach gear was so nice to have, a well-stocked kitchen, extra towels, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash - all these little things made our experience easier and less stressful. The area is beautiful and Hanalei is such a fun little town.
